What is Nividox®?
Nividox® is a type of enzyme inhibitor drug that is used to treat Asthma and COPD. Nividox® is a new generation long acting oral methylxanthine derivative. Methylxanthines are phosphodiesterase inhibitors.
How Nividox® works?
Nividox® is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and widens airways. This makes breathing easier.
Common side effects of Nividox®
Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Epigastric pain, Irritability, Tachycardia, Extrasystoles, Increased respiratory rate.
What if you forget to take Nividox® tablet?
If you miss a dose of Nividox® tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
